Case management professionals at The Arbors serve as liaisons between residents and their loved ones as well as communicate with doctors and wellness specialists – coordinating all areas of care. The services provided include support for families and residents along with pre-assessments. Our case managers remain with residents through short-term and long-term care and also through rehabilitation.
